Fill in our booking form and select Lace Replacement. Tell us your lace size: a 4x4, 5x5 or 6x6 closure, or a 13x4, 13x6 or 7x7 frontal.
02Provide Your Lace

Send your own lace closure or frontal with your wig, or purchase one through us when you book.
03Drop Off or Post

Bring your wig to us in Milton Keynes (MK10), or post it from anywhere in the UK.
04We Inspect Your Wig

We check your wig is in good condition and suitable for the service before any work begins.
05We Complete the Service

We unpick the old lace, fit the new lace, customise it, then wash and style your wig. Don't want bleached knots or plucking? Just add a note when you book.
06Collect or Delivered

We'll let you know when it's ready. Collect it in Milton Keynes, or we'll send it back securely by tracked, signed-for delivery.

How long does a frontal or closure replacement take?

Standard turnaround is 5–7 days for 1–2 wigs, from the day we receive them. Need it sooner? Express is 1–2 days for an extra £25 per wig.

Can you replace the lace on any wig?

We work on human-hair closure and frontal wigs. We don't accept synthetic wigs. If the cap or wefts are badly damaged, we may recommend a wig reconstruction instead.

Can I switch from a closure to a frontal?

Often, yes. Send us photos of your wig first and we'll let you know what's possible and which service to book.

Do I need to live in Milton Keynes?

No. Drop-off in MK10 is free, or you can post your wig from anywhere in the UK and we'll return it by tracked, signed-for delivery (£11 for up to 3 wigs).

Should I replace the lace or buy a new wig?

If the hair is still soft, full and tangle-free, new lace costs a fraction of a new unit. If the hair itself is worn out, we'll tell you, and you can browse our ready-to-ship wigs.
